1. Introduction
Welcome to Offroad E-Bikes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Use Disclaimer
All e-bikes sold on this website are designed and intended for off-road use only. They are not certified or sold as road-legal e-bikes under UK road traffic laws.

It is the owner's and rider's sole responsibility to ensure that the use of the e-bike complies with local laws and regulations, especially when using the product on public roads. Offroad E-Bikes accepts no liability for improper use of its products.

It is advised that batteries are charged in an outside buildling and are not over charged and not left charging for more than 4-8 hours depending on the battery life. Using a battery timer is recommended to avoid over charging.

3. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order.
- Payment in full secures your e-bike and initiates the dispatch process.
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days following payment confirmation.
- Delivery is fulfilled via a two-person courier service for safe handling.
- Customers must confirm any delivery restrictions, access issues, or specific instructions at the time of order.
- Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect access information may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Consumer Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- If the product has been used or the packaging opened, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any loss in value.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@offroad-ebikes.co.uk within the 14-day window.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
- Any damage, faults, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
- This request does not affect your statutory rights; you are entitled to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

7. Liability
- Offroad E-Bikes is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal penalties resulting from misuse of our products.
- Users are solely responsible for their own safety, maintenance, and compliance with local regulations.
- Always wear appropriate safety gear and ride responsibly.

8. Warranty
- All bikes come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults, excluding wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
